I’m Tracy, a St. Louis wedding photographer originally from Indiana but have lived in the St. Louis area for almost a decade now, and I am so happy to call this home. I met my husband in college and still remember the first moment I met him. My friend and future brother-in-law introduced me to him outside of my dorm room at Indiana State University. That friend married my twin sister, and I married the guy he introduced me to that day just a couple years down the road. We have been married for ELEVEN years and each year it gets sweeter and sweeter. I'm so thankful he's my lobster (F•R•I•E•N•D•S reference).

In my first year of marriage, my sweet mom-in-law gave me my first real camera. I remember holding it at the time and looking at all the buttons and wondering if I would ever be able to figure out what they actually do. A few years later, she gifted me a professional camera that jump-started my career in photography. I believe this was one of those serendipitous moments in life that was meant to fill an ache that my heart had been creatively longing for. I haven't been able to put my camera down since. I've always been drawn to stories, hearing how people met, or how he proposed, and I secretly hope that "meet-cutes" actually happen and can't wait to hear my first story of one! I love capturing soft colorful tones but am constantly drawn to the timelessness of a black-and-white portrait. Nothing makes time stand still the way black-and-white does. I believe in photographs because other than memory, it's the only way to relive these little moments of our lives over and over again. I am so honored to document these magical moments of your story, and I am so grateful you are here!
